Location. The Ariel Hotel is a modern property that has views over the old town and is situated in the centre of Jerusalem, one kilometre from the holy sights in the old city and three kilometres from the Western Wall. Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport is 50 kilometres from the hotel with an approximate driving time of 60 minutes.
Hotel Features. Tour assistance is available from the multilingual staff and the front desk is open round the clock. Guests can take advantage of room service or dine in the buffet style restaurant and enjoy snacks from the café bar. Wireless Internet is available in the public areas of the property and practical amenities include currency exchange and dry cleaning services. Those arriving by car will find free parking on site.

The Ariel Hotel has a buffet style restaurant serving Kosher food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a lobby cafeteria bar serving dairy specialties and other snacks.

Guestrooms. The hotel offers 128 air-conditioned guestrooms located on five floors, all of which have simple modern decor with dark wood furnishings and fitted carpets. Amenities include cable television, direct-dial phones and wireless Internet (surcharge).

Expert Tip. One of the most popular sights in Jerusalem is the Western Wall or the Wailing Wall as non-Jews refer to it. The wall is the most sacred Jewish prayer site in the world and is the remains of the Second Temple of Jerusalem built by King Herod in 30BC.

Getting there. Taxis are available at Terminal 3 on Level G. A taxi to Jerusalem should cost approximately 60 USD; fares are more at night. Shared taxis (Sherut) are also available at a fixed rate per passenger. It is recommended visitors only use registered taxi companies. Egged bus number 5 runs to from Ben Gurion Airport to Airport City where buses to Jerusalem are available. All prices subject to change.
